ATCS is pleased to welcome Craig Hyman as Vice President, North Carolina Operations Manager! In this role, Craig will lead ATCS operations and business development efforts in North Carolina to help identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and expand ATCS’ presence in the south region.
Craig brings 20+ years of Traffic Engineering experience to the ATCS team. Craig’s experience includes capacity analysis, signal and electrical design, signal timing, pavement markings and signing, roadway lighting, traffic data collection, and preliminary & final design.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Craig also studied programming and web design at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and he is an active member of ACEC, ASHE, and NCSITE.
