ATCS is pleased to announce the appointment of Brennan Collier as Vice President of Environmental Services. In this role, Ms. Collier will be responsible for creating an environmental team within the firm to augment ATCS’s capabilities.

Ms. Collier brings 20 years of environmental compliance experience in the transportation industry, holding previous roles with state and federal governments and consulting in the Washington, D.C. region. she has managed multiple complex NEPA documentation efforts and has been the Project Manager for a wide variety of environmental studies: overseeing and coordinating the preparation of wetland and stream identification, delineation, permitting and mitigation; threatened and endangered species assessments and surveys; architectural and archaeological surveys; air and noise abatement studies and hazardous materials investigations.

Ms. Collier is a Certified Instructor for FHWA’s National Highway Institute and has taught the ‘NEPA and the Transportation Decision-Making Process’ course across the country for the past 10 years, training nearly 700 transportation professionals on environmental compliance issues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies – Environmental Science from George Mason University.
