Mr. Schueftan has over 30 years of experience in finance, management, contract negotiations, cost estimating and analysis, and engineering and planning. Mr. Schueftan has obtained graduate degrees in engineering, accounting and finance, and law, and has acquired tremendous practical experience serving a wide variety of federal, state, and private sector clients.

Mr. Schueftan is an accomplished professional with an M.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University. He is a licensed C.P.A. in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia, and is an active member of the MD/DC/VA bar associations. Mr. Schueftan is responsible for the legal and business review of all negotiations on behalf of ATCS, P.L.C. and ATCS Services, L.L.C., inclusive of teaming and joint venture agreements, non-standard contracts and subcontract agreements, and federal, state, and local government solicitations. Mr. Schueftan is responsible for risk management, litigation matters, and ensuring the compliance with FAR clauses related to federal contracts. Additionally, Mr. Schueftan serves as the EEO Officer for the firm.
